All Warrior King timepieces come with a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Battery replacement for all quartz models within the warranty period

• Servicing of all automatic models, including movement inspection, lubrication, and regulation

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear (including straps and finishes not due to manufacturing faults).

To ensure your timepiece receives the care it deserves, all warranty services must be carried out by Warrior King's certified workshop or authorized partners.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria
• The watch must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and documents (including warranty cards and certificates) must be returned.
• Custom or personalized items (e.g. engraved straps or cases, dials) are non-returnable.

Return Process
• Contact our support team at warriorkingwatches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will review and approve the request, then guide you through the return process.
• Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value within the same 5-day window, subject to availability.

Every 2 to 3 years — Routine Maintenance
Includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, water-resistance testing (if applicable), and strap conditioning.

Every 5 to 7 years — Full Service Overhaul
A complete movement check, part replacements (if needed), resealing, polishing, and accuracy testing.

Straps
Leather straps may need conditioning or replacement every 36–54 months, depending on use and care.

Note:
Quartz watches may require battery replacement every 24–36 months. Always return your timepiece to our certified workshop or authorized service partner for professional care.

Within Ghana: Delivery takes 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
