If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Warrior King timepiece, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange program designed to give you peace of mind and ensure you find the perfect watch for your collection.
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria:
• The watch must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and documents (including warranty cards and certificates) must be returned.
• Custom or personalized items (e.g. engraved straps or cases, dials) are non-returnable.
Return Process:
• Contact our support team at warriorkingwatches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will review and approve the request, then guide you through the return process.
• Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal value within the same 5-day window, subject to availability.
